Verify Eligibility
Physical goods must be in original, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase; please note that digital PDF patterns are non-refundable once downloaded.
Contact Support
Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct shipping address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your physical items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus shipping costs.
